These two villas were designed as showcase houses in light gauge steel. The entrance is through a reflection pool which limits the approach to the main entrance door and the shaded outdoor areas are situated at the back of the house for more privacy. The ground floor has two big meeting rooms, dining room, private study and restroom for the owner. The upper floor has five bedrooms with their individual bathrooms.
